We have the consultants you need, when you need them

Many companies have had the unfortunate experience of hiring a consultant only to find that they weren’t the expert they had thought. Our Account Managers and Project Managers take time to find out what skills our clients need and then match them with the correct consultants on our staff. If the correct person is not on our staff, we will find that person and hire them to the STG team. When you need expertise you get it from STG.

We stay flexible in our approach to your needs for duration, expertise, and scope.

  • If you need someone to analyze, scope, manage, and implement a project, you can bring in an STG project manager for your entire project.
  • When it makes sense to outsource an entire project, STG is your answer. We can supply entire development teams and have a state-of-the-art development center where your project can proceed under expert management and daily monitoring. Your team members can even join the STG team in our development center.
  • If you need help augmenting your staff with multiple skilled software programmers for several months, we can provide that expertise.
  • If you have a project requiring an expertise boost for the final six weeks, you can get an expert from STG to help bring the project to a successful close.
